If you need to use your school transfer card or report card from South Africa in another country, you must follow some important steps. First, you need to get your documents officially validated with an apostille or attestation. This process shows that your documents are genuine and can be accepted abroad.
Please be advised that this pertains exclusively to the educational spectrum ranging from Grade R through Grade 12.
For Public School:
- A school transfer card and a school report, both signed by the principal.
- A confirmation letter for the school report from the Provincial Department of Education.
– This letter must be signed and stamped by the Head of the Department.
Supporting Documents Needed:
– A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate.
– A certified copy of the parent’s ID.
